Hiking through the mountains of NC my foot hit something heavy. I looked down and picked up a very rusted & pitted axe head. A Jersey style from Kelly to be exact. I set a personal goal to restore it in 3 days. So I worked on it and made a handle out of white oak that I had milled at Addison Farms Vineyard. Pics coming soon.

Really into video generation with the advent of AI & LLM. SO, via RunwayML I entered a 48 hr short film competition and as exhausting as it was, the creative demand was recharging.

Got into an argument with Hayley and went for a hike to cool off lol. Walked up an old creek that I had never been to and found a piece of 2,000 yr old pottery and became obsessed with slowly looking for more pieces on the surface and have found quite a few more. With help I have identified that the pieces range from 1,000 - 3,000 yrs old.
